This policy applies to all mobile Apps, mini-programs, web services, related hardware products, and supporting services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Services") provided by Shenzhen BitFantasy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "BitFantasy").

We have formulated this policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, and other relevant laws and regulations. 2. Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that, if leaked or illegally used, may easily cause harm to personal dignity or endanger personal or property safety.
3. Processing: Includes collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure, deletion, etc. of personal information.
4. Anonymization: The process of handling personal information so that it cannot be used to identify a specific natural person and cannot be restored.

We adhere to the principles of "minimum necessity, purpose limitation, user notification, and autonomous choice", and only collect and use your personal information for the following business scenarios and purposes:

To ensure the implementation of Nimo AI smart glasses related functions and stable operation of the application, we have integrated some third-party SDKs. These SDKs will collect some of your device information and personal information. We conduct strict security checks on SDKs and require them to collect and use information within the scope stipulated by laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy. The following is the detailed collection information of SDKs:

1. Scope of Information Collection

When you use specific features of this application, we may read the contents of your device's clipboard to provide you with a convenient operating experience. We will only access clipboard information when you actively trigger relevant functions (such as paste, share, recognize, etc.), and will not continuously or monitor your clipboard content in the background.

2. Collection Purpose and Usage Scenarios

• Implement content paste functionality to help you quickly input text, links, or other information
• Recognize content in specific formats (such as coupon codes, invitation links, product information, etc.)
• Support cross-application content sharing and transmission
• Optimize search and recommendation functions

1. The Web pages embedded in the App use Cookies to maintain login status and count PV/UV; you can clear them in your browser settings.
2. We use SDKs such as MSAA/MMA for attribution statistics, which collect device identifiers but generate a pseudonymized ID within 24 hours after callback that is not directly associated with the account.
3. We have integrated Umeng+ Mobile Analytics SDK (provided by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., package name: com.umeng.analytics, privacy policy: https://www.umeng.com/page/policy) for app operation statistical analysis and performance monitoring, which collects device identifiers and other information for service optimization. You can choose to disable data collection through the app settings.
4. We have integrated Umeng SmartLink SDK (operated by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.) based on deep linking technology to help the APP improve user acquisition conversion. This SDK collects device information (Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID; optional - IMEI/IMSI/ICCID), network information. Please refer to the Umeng Privacy Policy for specific usage.
5. Refusing Cookies or disabling SDK data collection may cause some Web activity pages or features to fail to load properly.

1. Sharing: We only share information with third-party service providers for payment/logistics/real-name verification/cloud services/ad attribution/security risk control, or when required by administrative/judicial authorities by law, or when we have obtained your separate consent.
2. Transfer: In the event of mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or other situations involving the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances, which will continue to be subject to this policy.
3. Public Disclosure: We generally do not publicly disclose information. If public disclosure of a winner list is required for an activity, we will de-identify sensitive information and obtain separate consent.

1. Storage Location: Within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is necessary, we will conduct a security assessment in advance and obtain separate consent.
2. Storage Period: Different data types have clear retention periods and will be deleted or anonymized after expiration.

1. Technical Measures: TLS 1.3 full-link encryption, AES-256 field-level encryption, zero-trust architecture + WAF + anti-DDoS, etc.
2. Management Measures: ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system, data classification and grading system, regular disaster recovery drills, etc.
3. Emergency Response: If a leak is discovered, a Level I response will be initiated within 30 minutes, and regulatory authorities and users will be notified within 72 hours.

You have the following rights:

• Rights of close relatives (after the death of a natural person user)

You can apply through relevant settings in the App or by contacting us, and we will respond within 15 working days.

1. This service is intended for users aged 14 and above; users under 14 should use it under the supervision of a guardian.
2. We have integrated the National Press and Publication Administration's "Online Game Anti-Addiction Real-Name Verification System" and strictly enforce regulations on game duration and spending limits.
3. If a guardian requests the deletion of a child's information, we will respond immediately and delete it.

1. We will update this policy in a timely manner according to functional changes and adjustments in laws and regulations, and the revised policy will take effect 7 days after publication.
